Description
A setting of 4 evocative lines which express a wistful moment at dusk, listening to song thrushes, thinking of the passing of time and the miracle of life. The choir begins with repeated short phrases, mimicking the thrushes’ song structure. The piece was written for In Accord choir, Bristol.
